The Great Famine, 1845-1852 : a Four Parish Study
The four parishes included in this study are Roman Catholic parishes of Kilmichael, Kilmurry, Enniskeane & Desertserges, and Newcestown or Murragh. They were in the poor Law Unions of Macroom, Bandon and Dunmanway. Civil parishes covered by these Catholic parishes included Kilmichael, Kilmurry, Kinneigh, Templemartin, Desertserges, Ballymoney, and Murragh.
