The Independence Museum Kilmurry is situated in the heart of the beautiful Lee Valley in Cork. The Lee Valley has many attractions to keep the curious visitor entertained while staying.

After visiting us here at the Independence Museum Kilmurry why not meet a buffalo in Macroom or visit Macroom’s lovely Castle grounds. You can visit a mill first opened in 1832. You can visit a pottery store or step back in time and visit a shop museum in Inchigeela. Once in Inchigeela you can visit the stunning Gougane Barra with it’s oratory.
